Service and Return Policy – Misaab for Media Production At Misaab, we are committed to customer satisfaction and service quality. To ensure transparency, we clarify below the service and return policy for all services and requests submitted through Misaab. First: Return Policy 1. No amounts can be refunded after the order is approved or execution has begun, whether the service is digital or on-site. 2. All approved requests are considered final and non-cancellable after work has started. 3. Exceptions are cases involving a clear mistake by Misaab in executing the service compared to the agreed specifications. Second: Modification Policy 1. The client is granted one free review of the work before final delivery. 2. If additional modifications are requested, Misaab reserves the right to refuse repeated or unjustified modifications or charge an additional fee. 3. Modifications do not include radical changes to the idea, text, or production that have not been discussed beforehand. Third: Non-Refundable or Non-Exchange Cases All audio recording, content writing, editing, design, and photography services are considered customized and executed according to the client's request, and cannot be refunded after work approval. The client has no right to request a refund or exchange after benefiting from the service (such as receiving files, images, or content). Exchanges or cancellations are not accepted in case of delay in delivering the requested materials or changes in request details without prior coordination.
